Welcome to Touch of Hope

Our Mission

Touch of Hope exists to touch the lives of seriously ill individuals and their families with encouragement, love, and hope. Touch of Hope allows these individuals and their families to tell their stories, and allows the rest of the world the opportunity to support them. We who founded Art for Hope and the Touch of Hope project know firsthand just how powerful this support can be, and this project is the first part of an effort to give back to a world that has given so much to us.

Visiting for the First Time?

If you're visiting for the first time, here's a quick guide to what you'll find and where you might want to go first.

If you're looking for the pages of the individuals we support, go to the Touch A Life page. If you're looking for more information about our project or the organization that sponsors it, go the About Touch of Hope or About Art for Hope pages. If you know someone that would like a web site here at Touch of Hope, go to the Services page for more information.

Finally, if you can help support us financially or would like to contact us for any other reason, you can visit the Support Us or Contact Us pages.

David Kokjohn's site has been active for a while. Cheyanne LaLiberte's site and Barby Smith's site came online this past weekend. Our welcome, love, and prayers to all of them.

Children are truly special, but we realize serious illnesses strike at any age. We've therefore decided we'll create Touch of Hope sites for anyone in need. See Our Services for details.

You can now be notified by email whenever any Touch of Hope sites you select are updated. Click the "Login" link on the Touch A Life page and just follow the directions!

Four-year-old Carly Laverty has joined us at Touch of Hope. Carly has the same rare cancer as Thomas, and our love and hearts go out to her and her family.
